If your restaurant’s beer list is another ho-hum list of generic lagers it’s time to change. I’m a big believer in showcasing New Zealand-brewed beers which are match for the best the world has to offer, especially in tourist hotspots, where visitors want to have a unique experience rather than drink something they can find at home.

Beer is also a perfect accompaniment to many foods – including cheese and desserts – and having the right beers on your drinks menu can enhance the dining experience. If you already have a good beer list there’s always room to think about seasonal offerings or new products.
